Will echo what has been said for Lloyd also. Great job on restoring emails promptly and professionally.
NCsoft support staff is overall really nice imo.
Tho GM_Brandon probably doesn't fancy me so much now...

GM Lloyd helped me out bigtime when I had an issue with my credit card (stupid AmEx); he was able to help me get my account back in order and keep me from losing time on my Veteran status. He was also very kind and quick with jokes.
