Greetings all.

The title pretty much describes my current need/want/probably going to be purchasing soon.

The main reason I am looking for a CoH laptop is I will be traveling a bunch (work stuff) soon, and simply know that I will want to be playing CoH still!

I am looking for recommendations for "high end" ones, "low end", and a sort of decent value-ish one. (I have not really decided how much I will be spending on this, but it will most likey not be enough for the high end ones.. just sort of want to get ideas to keep me working overtime!)

Check out any of the offerings that derive from Clevo - Clevo does not sell direct to end users, so you have to get their stuff from a reseller. I have one from Malibal that is very nice. Another vendor is named Sager, and I think are are a few others as well.

This is the one I've got, and I haven't regretted it for a minute. The space bar took a little getting used to, and I hate gloss, but it's a pretty fine piece of equipment for super cheap--I actually got it back when it was $715. I'm quite happy with its performance when playing City of Heroes, although it's not so great if you want all sorts of Ultra Mode features turned on. The screen is small enough that I had to put my window scale down to 90%, too.
