I modified your build such that it has higher hit points, while keeping the defense softcapped, and a smooth single-target attack chain.

As I debate rerolling a WM/SD for more damage goodness, I've been also messing around in MIDS trying to reslot my *existing* WM/SR 50 Brute for I-19.
Build below is where I have netted out so far. It is soft-capped to M/R/A, and has enough native recharge to run a single-target chain of Shatter-Clobber-Jawbreaker-Pulverize. I have most of the IOs needed already, except the PVP -RES for Shatter.
I've left a few slots empty in the build, such as the 6th slot on Crowd Control -- I could put another Proc in, or the FF +Rchrg proc (but that really doesn't do much -- CC already recharges in 4+ secs, and would in 3 with FF proc).

I'd probably throw Assault into level 49 power pick if I can have +recov to support it.
