In game emails gone

Has anyone petitioned to have inter-account emails returned and had them successfully found (ie an email from one account to another)?

I had 3 high value inter-account emails sent and 2 low value intra-account emails sent. They are only finding the intra-account emails so far.

Just got mine resolved. Got the Hecatomb back and a Synthetic Int. Unit that had vaporized at the same time. I was really expecting to have this looked at over the weekend. Looks like their back at work looking at our missing gleemails.

Actually, they all are as I've never had an unsatisfactory experience when dealing with any of the GM's.
