I'm probably going to end up rerolling my KM/Elec into a KM/Shield, but not sure how to slot him up.

Okay made the switch with PF and CJ. Move some slots around not much. You're still soft capped to melee and range. Your AoE is now at 43.3 which is good.

That is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Do you think I should switch the sets from Quick Strike and Concentrated Strike? Just for the enh%, I mean.

I heard kinetic Melee really looked 'off' with shields... is that true or just hogwash?

It doesn't to me, but I can see why. KM/SD was the Kinetic Melee Scrapper I made so it doesn't bother me. Most of the animations only use one arm so they kinda look wired at times.
