Dusting off my Widow... Need help!

She was dual builds (100% ranged Fortunata, 100% melee Nigh Widow) but now the builds are empty, and both are a complete mess. One is lvl 50, one is still 37 lol...
Im going to put some order, so I will start slotting the Night Widow build.

Not rich, but I got some bonus: 6 Kinetic crash, 10 Crushing impact, 5 Obliteration, 8 Luck of the gambler (2x 7,5% recharge), 5 Performance shifter...

Just some quick questions:

1. What powers are better to put those sets?

2. Also I have 4 sets of LotG slotted in Mind link. Its better to have 6 slots, and put 2 Adjusted targeting (rech, rech/to hit) for more recharge?

3. What about those myths of mixed melee/ranged Fortunata? I want both Mental training, but also Psychic wail. Cant have both!

4. You think pure dual builds work better?

5. Lost with PPP. Not sure to take mace. Soul is very nice btw...

6. Last thing. Cardiac is a safe bet, right?

(1) Well you want the 2 sets of CI in your two basic melee attacks for the +10% recharge. I'd put the oblits in Spin. The Lotg I would save for Mind link and Foresight. Frankly I wouldn't use more than 4 perf shifters for stamina. Can't think of much use for the Kinetic Crash...

(2) Ideally, you only want enough slots in Mind Link to get it perma. That means either a lot of slots or a lot of global. Since Global is more beneficial, I'd go that route.

(3) I'm sure you can make one. Will it be the best at what you are trying to do, probably not. However, that doesn't mean that it won't be effective.

(4) Yes.

(5) I like Souls since Gloom is so good. I also like the additional cone immob.

(6) Yep. I have it and the Musculature. I use Cardiac most of the time.

I think I will use mace for Night widow, and soul for Fortunata.
