I don't have mids on this computer, but....
I would pull the performance shifter proc and the miracle: recovery off of your build. You have Dark Consumption, you shouldn't be having any endurance issues. That saves you two slots to put on taunt, or any other powers that need it.
Since I can't see your defense bonuses...are you softcapped to SLENFC? If so, I'd drop unstoppable too.
I'd put a set with a higher recharging value in Soul Drain (Like obliteration), or frankenslot it if need be.
Alright... I managed to get you softcapped defense (actually, a bit over) to S/L/F/C, *almost* E/NE, and 20% Psi defense. I lost the Psi Resistance, and got you 90% S/L, 33.9% F/C, 28.8% E/NE, and 30.1% T Resistance. Dull Pain is a bit short of perma with Hasten down, perma when it's up. A little tweaking, or more investment, and you might be able to hit the softcap on E/NE defense as well, or get Dull Pain perma without sacrificing too much resistance, but it's late, and I'm not going to spend more time on it. :p Also, as an added bonus, you'd be doing a fair bit more damage, as well.

I look at Siphon Life this way... It's a heal. Just a heal. It just happens to do slightly more damage (completely unslotted for damage, mind you) than your basic DM attack, Shadow Punch (six-slotted with Touch of Death) does. Normally, I three-slot it with Doctored Wounds (Heal, Recharge, and Heal/Recharge), followed by three slots of Touch of the Nictus for Accuracy/Endurance/Recharge, but I couldn't squeeze more slots in, and the set bonuses wouldn't have been all that helpful, either.
You already have Shadow Punch, Smite, Midnight Grasp, Soul Drain, Dark Consumption (since you probably won't *need* it for Endurance, anyways), Gloom, and Dark Obliteration. I really don't see the point in slotting your heal as an attack, but that's just me.
And speaking of Soul Drain... I'm not really sure what you're getting at when you say "soul drain ....well thanks i dont want to be one of those guy that ask for help and then complaint about everything". Clarify?
Generally I'll think you'd find most look at Siphon Life as a melee attack with a heal side effect. I went that direction on my Inv/DM tank. But, I also allowed for a different focus on my Dark/Dark tank and went for the set bonuses from 5 slotting the Touch of the Nictus set. Make of it what you will.

Siphon life, for example, has a base heal of 10%. Even if you enhance the heck out of it's heal, you're not going to get more than 15-20%. However, it's damage (IIRC) is superior, so it has quite a bit of slack you can enhance it with. The best case scenario is frankenslotting, unless there are set bonuses you desperately need, or you just can't survive without that extra healing.

Thanks,for the help everyone .Now i confused of what build i going to run with lol.i liked my build and just wanted a few tweets here and there. Both builds both are nice in my imo.when i look at scirion build and the hp its hard to pass that up( I'll never die well to i meet 2 many those psy guys).fiitzdog when i looked at your tweek of my build i just took out those immobilize in midnight grasp and added mako bite in one and crushing impact in the other and im like yes i should be fine with this build.
Now here the big dilemma,the hps from the 2 builds are a huge diffence should that be my deciding factor in the builds? how will invul stand up with the lower hp,but being capped in def(-psy)and s/l capped ressistance?

Defense against psi enemies is a goal that not only you shouldn't work towards, but don't bother with at all. If you run into any psi enemies that are giving you trouble, eat a purple inspiration and take them out first. Trying for psi protection just weakens your whole build.
I just notice that Dull Pain was not turned on in my build, the HP is almost the same in both build with it on in both builds.
yeah i think your right its hard not to love the extra hp and being a little under in e/n shouldn't hurt.
Heh, sry Mega, I edited my post when I realized that Dull Pain was off. Bottom line is both build are very usable. Your original build was great too, that made it easy to tweek.
I wasn't sure if a 21% debuff to damage was to big to pass on so did this (hoped it would put me to sleep).

thanks,everyone for your inputs, everyone has been so helpful. they're all great builds IMO.I have an question for you New Dawn do u think i will have enough acc in SP,SMITE AND SL they seem to low to me even with the added 18%? i like what u did by adding in darkest night,just thinking about acc because i use all those power a lot.i'll try and tweek it to see what i come up with.
Oh and before i go here an another question i'm currently at lvl 44 and has just arrived on the villains side i'm guessing i have to commit to an villain to get the contact for the epic pool, Im 44 but i havent lvl up yet still at 43 and then their some missin i have to do to get the epic pool. so should i not lvl up til i get to become an villain and do the missions or what thanks again. I hope i didn't wait to long to get over here
