Ahhh that's where i messed up a bit. Musta been thinking 42% was softcap Def. I reslotted it as you suggested with 1 eception. I took 1 slot out of SOW and put it on Physical Perf with a reg End Mod in it. Gave me a good boost on net end gain.
I ran an ITF last night with no healer and never died. We did have a good DMG team and a plant Troller.
Great build, now I gotta pull an all nighter for accolades...lol
The Scrapper forums have a number of good shield builds that are suprisingly relevant to Brute.
