Scrapper Darkness Mastery Night Fall

So Night Fall in the manage enhancement window says it takes To Hit Debuffs, but also says in the IO Sets section right below that it takes To Hit Buffs. Turns out it won't take either Adjusted Targeting nor Dampened Spirits. Will this thing take IO sets at all?

Recap: Scrapper, Darkness Mastery, Night Fall - Buff & Debuff IO sets won't slot. Will the stated Targeted AoE work? Is this thing completely bugged and no IO sets will slot?

Adjusted Targeting is a To-hit buff, not Debuff. Fits in powers like Aim/BU/Tactics etc

I don't have a scrapper with Night Fall, so I dunno why it won't accept them, but my Mids doesnt show it taking anything but To-Hit buffs. It's bugged in Mids. In game it should tell you how it's classed. whats sets "does it accept"

Hmm, bizarre. I know the MM version takes ToHit Debuff and Accurate ToHit Debuff.

I don't have this power in games, so I can't check what it says there, but paragonwiki lists the following allowable sets for Night Fall:

Targeted AoE Damage
ToHit Debuff
Accurate ToHit Debuff

If this is correct Adjusted Targeting won't work (and it wouldn't make sense for this power to take ToHit Buff sets since it doesn't have a ToHit Buff effect), but Dampened Spirits SHOULD work.

I know it works with Positron's Blast.
