HI, i was wanting some info and thought someone here could help. i have a dell e310 and i want to upgrade my video card. it is a pci port. i would like for it to be windows 7 compatible but if thats not possible windows xp is fine. i had a friend of mine clear my hard drive and install windows 7 and i haven't been able to play the game since. i recently found out its because my video driver doesn't support windows 7. I'm sure just going back to windows xp would/will fix the problem but i my graphics were always set on the lowest setting just to play and would like to upgrade anyway. And i really don't want to buy a whole new computer just to play this game. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

Assuming you are upgrading from the motherboard based GMA 900 and since you are stuck with the limited bandwidth of an old fashion PCI slot, then an 8400GS should be enough to see a reasonable improvement in performance.

HIS just released a PCI 5450 with a passive cooler and an HDMI output. Don't know how that compares to an 8400GS but might be a good second choice if you can't find anything else. It's probably faster, actually. It's a low profile, so it will fit into pretty much any case.
