Do you have any specific suggestions? "More costume choices" isn't really enough for them to go by, especially considering that every issue comes with new costume pieces. "cool looking" is highly subjective. The (former?) lead costume designer, Jay, had a very long thread of costume suggestions in the Dev Corner, which was read from time to time for new ideas. I'm not sure if that's still the right place to post, but you might want to check it out for what others have suggested.

Theres a lot of threads to suggest costume pieces but in the end...
Do the art devs read them?
I have seen thousands of suggestions in the last 6 months but not a single piece yet, at least not out of boosters.
Not mention the costume fix thread...
There are a lots of parts broken since 8 ago issues and never been fixed.
Hope the upgraded pieces Noble Savage mentioned will be included in I20...
They release costume pieces all the time. It does, however, take time to do.
It's not like they just scan a quick sketch into the game, it has to be done with the same graphics program everything else uses, which is probably not a simple process.

They released great amount of pieces with GR and most of them are awesome (but not any capes).
Most of new pieces are in boosters. I think they should release a few nonbooster capes and belts also. When we got a new cape out of booster? I think many years ago.

I want a "NPC conversion booster" with Ouroboros/ Carnies/ Cimerorans/ Legacy Chain/ Wyvern/ Knives of Artemis stuff.
I've suggested a David Lopan Mandarin style hat in Jay's thread, and a Chinese skull cap with queue, so my Chinese/Oriental characters can look like something other than peasants.
"Native American" (aka American Indian) costume parts as well, there have been several heroes of this heritage in comics. I've got a couple myself and they are HARD to make in City.

What differentiates CoX from nearly all other MMO's is the degree to which characters can be customized in both appearance and abilities. I understand how difficult it must be to release new power sets, so I will be patient on that front, but I think its time for a significant infusion of new costume parts (emphasis on the word SIGNIFICANT). That being said, a few cool looking costume pieces are preferable to more numerous mediocre pieces. Please, Please, PLEASE!!!!!!!
