Help with DP/MM Epic choices

I'm currently leveling up a DP/MM Blaster (level 39, my highest blaster ever), and need some help picking out power pools. I know what each power does, but I'm not sure which is right for me. I've narrowed it down to three that stand out for me, but I'm open to any and all suggestions.

1. Cold Mastery (+S/L Def toggle, self heal/Max HP/OH CRAP button)

2. Munitions Mastery (Surveillance, LRM missle, but I'm not sure body armor is worth it)

3. Primal Forces Mastery (Extra AoE power, S/L resist toggle, possible repel, and of course PFF and FON)

Those are the three that I'm looking at so far. I realize that Mace mastery has a +Def S/L shield as well, as well as spiderlings to summon.

It might help to know what this character is and how I play him. He's a PPD faithful cop who's latent psionic powers emerged during a run-in with the Clockwork King. I play him very hover-blaster, staying at range and blasting away. I have TK Thrust on auto if anything gets too close.

I'm not really looking to soft-cap S/L or ranged, so that's not really a concern. It would seem that with him being PPD, he'd have access to the Munitions Mastery, and the extra AoE and -res would be nice, but I like the possible survivability of Cold Mastery.

Any thoughts? I'm open to all ideas.

Always up for teaming with good players, so hit me up: @Deceivius and @Deceivius2

You're right that munitions seems most thematic. You could put a Steadfast +3 DEF in your Body Armor to get a little more bang for your buck. The villain side powers would need some RP justification if a straight laced cop is using them.

Force Mastery can easily be explained as a kind of technology, and I love the look and feel of the set on my Energy/Devices. While I do have a DP/MM Blaster, he is only 20, I can't comment on specific synergies.

My DP/Dev is going Munitions, agian for theme reasons.

If you notice you have end problems then go for Munitions, Body Armour might not offer as much res but it costs no end to use. Surv is good for -res, meaning more damage, and LRM is a good way to say 'Hello badguys.'

Ice and Primal I can't really comment on.
