If you can slot the related enhancement in the power, the alpha boost enhances it.

I have it on my KM/EA brute, and it increases Energy Drain, Health and Physical Perfection by 33%.

I haven't even run the Incarnate arc yet on my SS/WP Brute (Work + 3 hours travel time a day minimum really eats into my playing time) so I'm not sure yet which boost I'll want to use with her but the Rech/Heal is tempting on her. (Footstomp even more often? Yes please!) Thinking the Defense boosting one might be nice too but I'll have to play with the numbers before I make that decision.

Too many Alts, not enough 50's. Story of my life...
I have my DB/WP scrapper and was thinking of going for the muscul Alpha for the added dmg since I was using a lot of Kin Combats for S/L def and most the dmg sits near 85% with 4 slotted if I remember right. I was looking though at possibly going for the recharge/heal route. My question is on the "Heal" portion of the Alpha. Since I am WP and trying to stay S/L soft cappedm, does this alpha boost the regen effects in WP and or does it increase the HP from high pain Tolerance? I would think this would be a very good alpha to go for as well if the healing effects effected the regen of powers like RTTC and Fast Healing and even more so if it gave me more HP. Any insight would be appreciated.
