DM/SS Soft-Cap advice
Also, sorry for the accidental instantaneous double-post. My connection crapped out, and somehow it posted two of the same thread.
Looks like a solid buld. You can cut back on one knockback reduction if you need the slot. I like taking Hover for the extra defense. If you can't stand flight controls though, you can live without it.
There're several flaws with it...
1) Replace the IO in Stamina with common IOs. Unless you REALLY want that 5% movement boost, this gives better performance.
2) Take out slots from kick and boxing. Remove one of them. Either place 3 slots into fossilize and slot thunderstrike, or tale Hurl , place 2 slots and slot thunderstrike. If you REALLY must have the regeneration, use one of the freed slots into Health and slot Regenerative tissue +regen.
3) Frankenslotting Manuevers will give better bonuses.
4) You're ALMOST perma rage. Fitting in another two recharge bonuses should to the trick. You can fit one into manuevers, and you've a spare slot from above..
5) If you're willing to sacrifice a little resistance (drop a slot from toughness), you can move a slot to grab a little more N/E def to hit softcap.

Removed Maneuvers for hasten and added Hover, though not needed for the softcap. Rage is perma.

Thanks, you guys. I'm really liking that build, Iggy. Using some of Signpost's tips, I managed to get the soft-cap to S/L/E/N and perma-Rage, but your slotting brings the end cost down to 1.49 end/s whereas mine is sitting at 1.81 end/s. I'll be stealing some of those slotting ideas!

What's up everyone. My next goal is to make a really badass tank. My original intent was to make a Invul/SS, but as I was playing online today, the topic of DA tanks came up. From what I had heard, DA becomes amazing once you've slotted some IO's in it. So tonight I tried to properly IO out a tank using some tips I gathered by lurking the forums for the bit. What I've posted is the build I've concocted. I've IO'd one tank before, but not too seriously. It was an Ice/Fire that I used for herding, and this tank is entirely a different thing.
