This is what im using currently, Its softcapped to S/l, Has perma dom and perma Hasten. It has Jolting Chains which if im honest, I rarely use and is probably the only thing I would alter in a future build.

this is the build im thinking about.. i have 2 slots left... and im not sure if im making any glaring mistakes. It has decent defense numbers plus two oh shiz powers with hibernate and phase shift. I would prefer capped defense but im not sure its possible while still maintaining perma hasten.. etc. Any advice or help appreciated.
