I'm not 100% certain but I don't think so.
As I understand it, if it's a normal AE mission you only get tickets.
(no merits, no receipe drops, no salvage drops, no badge credits for defeats, etc)
If it's one of the Dev Choice or other special AE missions where you can choose
"normal" rewards, then you get the normal drops any other mission gives rather than
tickets.

No. Very little in AE rewards "real" awards, with the exception of the special missions mentioned above.
