Old Timer's Gatherin - A New Beginning

Greetings one and all,

Well it's the New Year and it's about that time to once again to gather 'round and swap stories and generally RP to our heart's content. You don't have to be an "Old Timer"; all are welcome. Just have a sense of fun and you'll do fine.

So I was trying to put together a Formspring Meet and greet for this month and I was wondering if you wanted to merge the two meet ups, the OTG and the formspring meet and greet for next saturday 9pm est but instead of having it in Gemini park maybe have it at club 55? I was going to request a cape DJ and everything! Is this something you guys would be up for?

What does it say about me that I have no idea where Gemini Park is? Though I have the suspicion it's somewhere in Praetoria, I'm not willing to bet money on that.

And I continue to wonder when Studio 55 was added. Seems like I tend to play for two months then miss an entire year... Wait, what am I saying 'seems' for? That's what happened!

...Which makes me wonder if I'm an old player or not. Technically speaking, probably old. My account is a few years old, anyway. But I don't feel like an old player, since I haven't really played much. My Hero 1's cape, my main character is only level 48!

As a note EVERYONE IS INVITED! Old guy, new guy, bill nye the science guy, EVERYONE, that means you!

Put in a request with the cape for a DJ, hopefully we can get someone to mix tunes for us while we invade Praetoria

On the 8th, I was out at GP. Hung out for an hour with no one showing. Now, this could be for any number of reasons; Chalet is still open, it's down time after the Christmas holidays, my own lack of attendance as Fearless Leader (and for that I can only sincerely apologize), etc., etc.

For those that have been showing, particularly the East Coast, should I move the time to something a bit earlier? Any and all suggestions are welcome. :-)

Since Aglows wedding is on Saturday, the FS meet up will be then, I'm not sure when the Bachelorette party is as it might be tonight, but I'm not sure I'll log on this evening to see if anythings happening.
