Posted 01-01-2011 05:05 PM How do procs work in Rain powers? Freezing Rain, Rain of Fire, etc. Do they proc chance: A) On the initial cast, and every 10 seconds after? (I'm guessing yes) B) On Every tick of damage (seems overpowered but just checking) C) Not at all? D) Something else? MaikaMan
