You also need to be level 30, and have done the aura mission.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Yes I did check hats and hair first and then yes, it was in auras! My player was level 20 and she could wear the halo so maybe there was a difference in the winter event prizes as opposes to other halos...thanks for the help!
