Is there a an account support phone number?

I cannot remember the right account name or password for some reason, and tried sending them a ticket and they never send anything back to me about it. I really need to get into my nc soft account.

The NCsoft Knowledge Base at http://help.ncsoft.com is the place to find answers and contact our support team. Answers to many commonly asked questions are available in our searchable site. Many of these answers will tell you what information to include when contacting support for a particular issue, so you can often speed the process along by sending the necessary information in your initial inquiry.

If the Knowledge Base does not contain the answer to your question, click the Ask a Question tab. Once there, follow these simple steps to submit your question to us:

  1. Enter your e-mail address in all lower case (e-mail address is case sensitive).
  2. Type your subject and message in the appropriate boxes. Populate the fields and drop-down menus and click the Submit Question button.
  3. If your e-mail address is already registered, skip to Step #6. If you have not registered your e-mail previously, you will be taken to a registration screen. Enter the information requested to register your address and create a support account. We respect your privacy and do not share this information with other companies.

Thank you for the phone number, and as I stated above I already tried the support stuff and sent more then one ticket.

Your NCSoft account, or your CoH account? Your CoH account is the same as the one you use to log into the forums. IIRC, the first NCSoft game you register defaults to the same as your NCSoft master account, too, but you can change that.

The OP may have more than one NCSoft game on his Master Account and CoH may not be the first game on that account. So it's quite possible he may have a different login for his Master Account. That's how it happened to me with my Master Account.

If that's the case then I hope the OP can provide support with the info they will ask for to verify he actually is the account holder. I had to jump thru hoops for over a month to prove I was who I said I was last year (and I had all the info they asked for at my fingertips) when I returned to GW and found they had changed their security features and I couldn't log in to play.

The only change I know of is that you have to enter one of your character's names in addition to your password.

Exactly the one I'm talking about. And since I only play that game maybe for a day or two every 3-4 months I couldn't remember the names of my characters when I returned to play again. So I had to contact support and ask them to give me one of my names.

Before they agreed to do that they told me I had to prove I owned the account by providing the serial codes for my GW account. Fortunately Serial codes are one of the things I always keep records of.

Now despite my being able to provide the codes the same day they asked for them it took support an entire month to respond with my character names. I had to escalate the issue 2-3 times before getting satisfaction.
