The OP may have more than one NCSoft game on his Master Account and CoH may not be the first game on that account. So it's quite possible he may have a different login for his Master Account. That's how it happened to me with my Master Account.
If that's the case then I hope the OP can provide support with the info they will ask for to verify he actually is the account holder. I had to jump thru hoops for over a month to prove I was who I said I was last year (and I had all the info they asked for at my fingertips) when I returned to GW and found they had changed their security features and I couldn't log in to play.

The only change I know of is that you have to enter one of your character's names in addition to your password.

Before they agreed to do that they told me I had to prove I owned the account by providing the serial codes for my GW account. Fortunately Serial codes are one of the things I always keep records of.
Now despite my being able to provide the codes the same day they asked for them it took support an entire month to respond with my character names. I had to escalate the issue 2-3 times before getting satisfaction.
I cannot remember the right account name or password for some reason, and tried sending them a ticket and they never send anything back to me about it. I really need to get into my nc soft account.
