Who is Neville Hanks (or Hank Neville)*?
Only reference I found in paragon Wiki is this one

Sounds to me like a reference to Dr. Robert Neville from Matheson's novel I Am Legend. I'm not sure about the "Hank" part, could be a second reference or a simple name change. Based on the snippet of story spoiler you gave, though, it's reminiscent of the twist in the novel.
Haven't played that mission, but now I want to, and I'm curious to know more about this "Hank Neville" character.

Unfortunately I ended the mission before I was able to get the name of it, but I am continuing to do Villain missions and if I come across it again I will post it here.
Favorite Hero: Computer (Empathy/Energy Blast Defender)
Favorite Villain: Gimp Computer (Fire Control/Psionic Assault Dominator)
The mission comes from a villain tip called "Guilt-Stricken Trail of Blood."

@Inquisitor
I have been doing alignment missions with my Tank the last couple days in order to get him villain epics. One of the Villain missions (While I am a Vigilante) was interesting to say the least.
Mission Spoiler
So when I found him, I lead him to the spirits of the people he has been unintentionally killing when he thought he was playing with them? And how old is he? And what is with the smiling thing?
*In the mission his character is called Neville Hanks, but the bookcase with his diary refers to him as Hank Neville.
End Spoiler
I don't typically read every detail in the game, however I was really trying to follow what was going on in that mission and I completely failed. I have never before ended a mission with that particular combination of confusion and pity.
