Auras from Unique IO Question

So my Necro/TA is nearing 50 when I start thinking about IOing out my characters (I've deleted a few high 30s-low 40s toon so I generally wait until the high 40s to IO out my characters). I'm wondering, if I slot say, the Res Aura from Expedient Reinforcements into my ghost, will my pets always have that aura active, or only when the ghost is up?

The IO sets are actually attached to YOU, so the procs are always there. Much like Supremacy, they lose them if they wander to far away from you, but none of the def or res procs require you to have the pets they are "on" summoned at the time.

Thanks, I guessed that would be the case but I wanted to be absolutely positive. Since the set provides global recharge it'll fit nicely into my build. Oil Slick Arrow cannot come back quickly enough .

Heh, a lot of folks seem to complain about the MM TA secondary, but my wife soloed her Mercs/TA through... just about everything... A lot of procs you can hide in those debuffs.
