Not to be a downer, but that's a pretty big task you're asking of us, not only to make a build, but to outfit it with IOs that aren't too expensive. I'd say if you're not that rich, just make a build yourself, avoid the expensive sets, and frankenslot. If you'd like us to critique any build you make, that's more likely to get responses. Makes things easier since we don't know what you like, or what you want out of the build.
I have been leveling my Fire/Earth dom too. They are a lot of fun. I am only a couple levels from 50. It has been a fun ride and am excited to finish this up. I would recommend make a build for later on (perma-hasten, softcapped s/l, etc.). Start with common IO's and slowly fill in the pieces. Endurance management is very important with this build. Hey there gents, I recently got back into CoX after an absence of around 550 days or so, and was looking to make a new character. I settled on a fire/earth Dom and was wondering what a decent, inexpensive build would be? I've only got around 110 million or so inf, doubt I could get anything incredibly fancy with that. Any help is appreciated!
