My build goals with this were soft capped defenses, reasonably decent resists and solid end recovery with a moderate amount of global recharge, as well as good accuracy bonuses. Overall I think I accomplished all these goals, however I thought I'd submit the build here to see if anyone had thoughts for improvement without making it too much more expensive than it already will be. The biggest issue I see with this build plan is damage output may suffer a bit due to some of the lower level sets.

Attacks are under slotted and armors are over slotted. Invincibility is your friend. You are capped without Maneuvers with a couple people in range without any issue. Drop Maneuvers and slots on Unyeilding and Tough. 4 slots of Reactive Armor is plenty. Move the extra slots to your attacks.

Dull Pain is underslotted and Combat Jumping and Taunt are way over slotted.

And do you have the 2 billion influence for the PVP IO?

Please tell me you looked at your build before giving it to someone to re-do their build as?

6 reactive armor sets?
the end mod proc in PP? ONLY the end mod proc?
Slotting an invul for regen (small bonuses, at that)
Erm... Thunderstrikes?


Pretty much only debatable thing is unstoapable. I find it gets your killed more often than not, due to the crash. Anything that can kill you with it off will with it on anyway (IE: PSI)

Also, no need for the Glad proc. If you have it, sell it for the funds for the build.

OPs build looks pretty solid imho. Ive never made a KM/ that got past level 10 though so im not 100% sure how you want to slot them the best to make them good but looks like you might be a little low on fire power, would you want burst slotted more or not? But you are gonna be pretty much unkillable, you dont really need that glad proc though unless you actually have the cash.

Thank you all for the feedback, it's been useful! Yes, I do in fact have the money for the glad proc. It's basically the whole reason I have unstoppable in this build. It's not a power I plan on using under any normal circumstance. The reason for soft capped defenses outright is I want to be able to stand up to and tank an AV, not just crowds of enemies. And invincibility is mostly for redundant defense values for when the enemy has to-hit buffs and the like.

However, after taking some of the feedback into consideration I've revised the build to beef up attacks with minimal loss to defenses and accuracy bonuses:

The Thunderstrikes are wasted slots
Temp Invul is wasted slots.
CS and Body Blow are going to have accuracy problems (ANd CS is slotted for Immob resistance?)
So will Burst
Physical Perfection is underslotted.


Few minor changes and you can soft cap, keep Unstoppable, and use that money elsewhere from the glad proc.
