Missions: Into Valhalla and Brawling with the Big Boys
Contacts: Operative Rutger and Crimson Revenant (Ouro Flashback)
Location: Meet at the Sharkhead Base Portal

Date & Time: Monday, December 20th @ 10:00PM Eastern/ 9:00PM Central/ 8:00PM Mountain/ 7:00PM Pacific.

Level Range: 30-34 (Powers cap at 39). NOTE: You must be a villain or rogue to join.

Enemies: Longbow, Vindicators, Freedom Phalanx

Arc Stats & Info:
  • This event requires 1 to start. We will be running 2-3 teams.
  • You must be at least level 30 to join.
  • We will wait to form teams until close to 10pm Eastern. This will allow us to get a better idea of what builds we have present. Anyone not at the contact, or that has not sent Luna a tell letting her know they are on their way might not be included.
  • We use the global chat channel Freedom TF Chat for these weekly TF's.
  • Remember, you still get XP even if you are EX'd!
  • Merit Reward: 9+4=13

At some point I will get my scrapper to the point where I can join in on both sides. But you all have fun til then.

My suggestion would be to take your scrapper from Hero --> Vigilante ---> Villain ---> Rogue. It's a long path, but that way you can get in on the Monday night stuff, plus still be able to do hero stuff. A *lot* of what I'm running right now is Ouroborus Flashback stuff to help fill out the levels on Villain side (too few TF's), and you need to be a Villain or Rogue to be able to access the SG bases or Villain Ouro.

If you need help running tip missions to switch, just shout out in the channel, there's usually someone around who likes to help =)

Into Valhalla: 50:43
Brawling with the Big Boys: 17:55

The Team:

We pretty much defeated through at the beginning of things, but decided to stealth more once we got closer to the end. The second arc seemed much shorter than it was the last time we ran it a couple weeks ago. I guess we picked up a couple extra missions when running it through the actual contact as opposed to through Ouro.

We spotted a Winter Lord on the way to one of the missions, and took him out, but skipped the Realm event. Once we were done with both arcs, Turg hosted his LR mission at the end of his patron arc, then Paragon did the same. My SG finished off the Scorpion's Surprise badge, and a couple other people came very close for their SGs as well.

Nice job everybody! Thanks for coming. Great fun as always! Extra thanks to Turg and Paragon for hosting the extra missions at the end.

Thanks to everyone who was able to join us last night! We was able to run 2 full teams.

My team was:

Ragypt: Fire/Storm Corr
Cold Mindless: Mind/Ice Dom
Evilex: Demon/Thermal MM
Emerald Deathstalker: KM/Elec Scrapper
Bleakest Death: Necro/Dark MM
Double Shot: DP/Fire Blaster

We finished Into Valhalla in 1:03:59 with 29 deaths. The longbow wardens chewed us up a lot! We finished Brawling with the Big Boys in 28:59 with 7 deaths.

Next week's Ouro Arc is going to be "Sold for a Song" and I *WILL* get the sign up list up today. :smirk:
