Looking for advice on my proposed build for an Energy/Electric Armor brute i came up with.. not very familiar with the sets but it seems to have a lot of layered defenses (lots of resist and a fair amount of S/L defense) and should hit fairly hard too.. It's a concept build so I want to keep/make use of the MU Patron powers (google Van De Graff generator)

It looks like the build is optimized for s/l defense and recharge. I believe the stealth and invisibility are for slotting LotG +recharge, and maybe for concept. I would drop energy punch. Mu lightning can replace it as a filler attack. I would drop stun as well. You can stun well with the other attacks already. I think you can pick build up and whirling hands instead.. The recharge bonus from stun can be acquired somewhere else.

I modified your build. It should have higher s/l defense, and similar global recharge rate as your build.
