Yea,.....no. Be prepared for typos in the Arc as well. I was rushed to get this Arc done because I'm working all weekend. I'll try to clean it up when I have more time. Sorry, my spelling sucks when I'm in a hurry.
Although if you're intending on stopping havoc, a wreck would most certainly stop him, or at least the traffic jam that followed would at least slow him down a bit.
