OK, been playing Bitterfreeze for 5 or 6 years now. Have gone through many builds and want a critique of the current one. This is a "cheap" build and is only temporary (aren't they all?). I have a few purples that I'm waiting to slot. I also have a few more Devastations that will help boost the damage up to +25%.

Anyway, I will post the "expensive" build later. Here is where he stands currently.

Also, I'd like to add that his Incarnate Slot is setup for damage. I have not taken this into account with the rest of his slotting yet.

OK, I understand that a large percentage of my Incarnate slot is affected by ED. If I'm slotted for damage in my Islot, then I can remove a damage enhancement from my powers with little to no loss of damage....right?

What about Set bonuses? If I have +90% Accuracy due to set bonuses, is that on top of ED caps or are Set bonuses not affected?
