AS I approached a Crey Captive in a mission, it gave me an error-

OK, need some enhancement help with my son's build. All comments are welcome. He has to keep Laser Beam Eyes, Foot Stomp, and Hurl simply for the coolness factor (He's 11). He respec'd once after issue 19 and still has one token left. As of right now, he's still running mostly SO's but is starting a heck of a collection on IO's. Here's the plan so far:

OK, I understand that a large percentage of my Incarnate slot is affected by ED. If I'm slotted for damage in my Islot, then I can remove a damage enhancement from my powers with little to no loss of damage....right?
What about Set bonuses? If I have +90% Accuracy due to set bonuses, is that on top of ED caps or are Set bonuses not affected? -
Also, I'd like to add that his Incarnate Slot is setup for damage. I have not taken this into account with the rest of his slotting yet.

OK, been playing Bitterfreeze for 5 or 6 years now. Have gone through many builds and want a critique of the current one. This is a "cheap" build and is only temporary (aren't they all?). I have a few purples that I'm waiting to slot. I also have a few more Devastations that will help boost the damage up to +25%.

I love my ice/ice. Never really worried about melee though. With all the slows and holds, you don't need more than 1 melee attack. One shot from Ice Sword usually drops the only bad guy that ever gets too close (arch villains and elite bosses aside, of course).

OK, after 5 years, I'm finally working a scrapper! He's a baby so far (level 6). Would like some build ideas.
I'm probably going to skip Touch of Fear and Confront. I'll most likely take the entire Shield set (maybe not One with Shield). Pools will probably be Super Jump (travel), Fitness, Speed (hasten only), and probably Fighting(Weave).
Thinking of taking Shadow Punch to fill in the gaps (not sure about this). Siphon Life and Soul Drain seem pretty important for this build. Undecided on Epic pool, but want something Thematic (Magic, Dark, etc...)
I want him to be solid for solo or group play. Once I hit 50, he probably won't see much use unless he's just too much fun NOT to play, so the build shouldn't be overly pricey.
Any thoughts? -
Just a note on the purples here.
I actually have 2 'final builds' for all of my characters. A cheap build and an expensive build. I generally finish up the cheap build while slowly working towards the expensive build. With the Incarnate system coming up, I'll probably be playing my higher level guys more. that should help me with the cash towards some of my pricier builds.
OK, another noteI actually have several 'final builds' for all of my characters. I build them in stages. These stages are:
1 - 12
13 - 24
25 - 35
36 - 45
Cheap Final
Expensive Final
I am a MAJOR altoholic. Building them this way allows me to play each to a 'stopping point' and then switch to another for a while. This is also the reason that after 5 years, I only have 1 lvl 50! lol -

I wasn't sure how often Air Sup would actually come up. I had it slotted as more of a filler than anything else. I will certainly make these changes.
LR-Again, I like this one, but I'm really not sure about the slotting.
My choices from 35 up are admittedly, 'weak'. But, most of them are there to fill gaps in or to compliment the powers of groups that I regularly team with. I pushed most of them off to the 'end' to make sure that I could fit the 'core powers' into my build.
I'm trying to keep my 'optimization' within certain parameters. I already have a 50, so it's not a leveling race to the end. Speaking of which, it's time to respec my 50. Anyone know anything about ice/ice blasters? lol -

Just fyi-I am a LR fan (Hazzard like AV missions). Not sure how the slotting should work on it though. What do you think Windenergy? You seem to be the LR guy.
Hasten-I had completely forgotten this in my old build. I never use it on my blaster anymore, but it really seems to work with this build. Hasten Slotting? Will this get me closer to Perma?
Fire Blast-I'm a Blaster at heart. Can't help it. I had to have my 'push button, unleash hell' blast. Will this cover that?
Helth, Stamina, and Consume slotting?
Choking Cloud slotting felt strange at first, but I really like it now. It accomplishes its goal very well.
Also, as a PBAoE type of guy, Teleport Foe just kinda felt neat
