The Praetorian content is only available for Praetorian avatars - ones form Primal Earth can only access it by teaming with a Praetorian who's doing it.

Ok for fun took my lvl 13 mm over to Praetoria.So who do I talk to for mishes?
Went and talked to a few of the contacts for the Loyalist side since I'm a villain and can access the Loyalist entrances, no luck tho.
Is there a link or was it posted somewhere that gives out this info?
