KIN/DP Respec Help

So I got to 50 but I now want to make my toon as it was intended to be played (RP as a Law Enforcement Medic) but still be effective in endgame.

I am migrating away from DP except for 2 attacks and giving support with teleport options for rescue and res.

Any suggestions... or flames

What happened.... to your secondary? Yikes.

And if you are going this route, why even bother with swap ammo?

It is so weird seeing kinetics (which is one of the most offensive oriented primaries) in such a strange build like the one you have posted.

50? Yes. Effective in end game? Not exactly.

My lvl up build was massive in dmg and buff but I wanted to try something new is all.
