Make Costume Toggles Immune to Walk/Power Suppression
I'd love to walk as my stone armor character in granite (who I RP as a golem) but that's another beast entirely :P

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

Pretty simple, really. Give Costume toggles (Halloween, perma temps, etc, not temps that grant stealth) immunity to power suppression from walk and places like the quiet rooms in AE. Walk itself already has this, so it is already feasible. It'd just be a case of copying that over to the costume powers.
A small QoL change for people who use them. For example, my Rikti Character has to rely on that toggle. Its a shame I cant use walk with it at any time.
