Two Quick Questions: Aid Self; DDR Cap
does Aid Self root you for its cast time, or are you just hampered by the interrupt time?
|
Also, I believe the DDR cap is 95%, but I can't seem to find confirmation on that. |
So, it's not proof, but my educated guess leans towards "Yes, the DDR cap is 95%"

The DDR cap is definitely 95% - my dm/sr scrapper sits there all the time and my shield/ss tank hits it when active defense is stacked.
As for aid self - part of its cast time can be interrupted and I believe you can move during that period but it will interrupt the power, causing it to fail. Once you get past that part of the animation I think it will then root you in place - not sure though, have to test it on my blaster with aid self.

Once you get past the interruption on Aid Self (1s base IIRC?), it doesn't root you, by which I mean, you can move freely but not execute any other power.
the interrupttime is 1sec but can be reduced with IOs
casttime is around 4 sec

With Aid self, there's no root time. But moving during the interupt time will interupt the power.
Also with Aid self, It also costs you endurance even if you are interupted. (I ran my self out of endurance clicking aid self until hoping to succeed many times before I figured that out.)
DDR cap is 95%. As I recall, fully slotted an /SR toon would have more then that but is limited by the cap.
I gotta make pain. I gotta make things right. I gotta stop what's comin'. 'Least I gotta try.
Helloes. Just two quick questions that I couldn't answer myself; does Aid Self root you for its cast time, or are you just hampered by the interrupt time? Also, I believe the DDR cap is 95%, but I can't seem to find confirmation on that.
Thanks!
