Tina Macintyre and Maria Jenkins have the two main AV arcs, but you may have to access them through Ourobouros.
Make sure you're looking at your difficulty settings at the top of the window, and not the text you can click on. The text you can click on is opposite of what your difficulty really is.

Since you mentioned looking specifically for AE arcs with AV's I too have had trouble finding any reliable way to determine if an AE arc has AV's or EB's.
I really wish one of the search options was for Archvillain/Hero.
I've made a few crucible type AV runs for my Scrappers but none of them are currently published.

Back fighting AV's after a break...can't seem to find any good AE's with Archvillains...any suggestions for arcs and what do I need to have my settings at for AV's to populate.
Seems all my old AEs come out as Elite Bosses even when I set the difficulty to have them fight as AV's and not Elite Bosses....
