WP/Stone i19 Punching bag?
With Quick Recovery and Stamina, you will not run out of endurance. Slotting for recovery bonuses is wasted slots.
Luck of the Gambler global recharges sell for 100 million on a bad day. Right now, because of I19, they are selling for 200+ million. If you can afford to put those in your build, you can afford better enhancements, like Kinetic Combat sets instead of Smashing Haymaker.
Getting your defense soft-capped helps a LOT with damage mitigation. You can go for 45% defense, but I don't think that is in your budget, if it is even possible on a Willpower Tanker. Alternately, you can go for 32.5% defense so a small purple soft caps you. To reach that for smashing and lethal damage, slot more Kinetic Combats in your single-target melee powers.
Keep in mind the new Hero/Villain Merits for reinforcing Hero or Villain alignment.
They can make getting LotGs and KCs a LOT easier/cheaper.
edit: Also, the Heal bonus from the 4th Numina's in Health is useless. You'd be better off replacing the H/R with a Regen.Tissue +Regen.

About the Luck of the Gambler global recharges; thats actualy an enhancement i already have on my current build, 90% of these are.
The 4th Numina's in Health is purely for its HPbonus(iirc) but ill take a look at the RegenTissue +Regen
Idealy, asuming i already have all these enhancements and a budget of 600milion to spend on it, and if you have the time, could you show me in a build how yoou guys would suggest making it better?

Hey guys, I've just recently come back to this game after a year and a half break. My favourite character back then was a Willpower/Stone tank called "Hatian." on which I had put some sets just before I left. Now that I'm back and a few things have changed, I decided that I should update the guy a bit. I'm a bit of a traditional tank, meaning that my teams and my survivability are most important even at the tougher TF's.
Ive made a build and I would like to hear some feedback on it before I actually take it into action.
Note: I've already got most of these sets except for the ones on Heightened Senses and Maneuvers.
Note 2: The Alpha slot I have at the moment is "Spiritual Radial Boost" (For all powers: Increases Recharge Rate and Healing by 33%)
Note 3: The described totals lower in the post include the effects from the 4 always-on hero accolades
Note 4: The enhancement slot levels are important at this point. I will get into that once ive gotten to the point of respecing

Of course the 33% healing from Spiritual Radial Boost improves the regen and max hp more (even if only a little) but those stats are unavailable at this point
