I'm betting it's his dad, the mysterious man with the robot arm. I don't think the rest of them are Galalunan. Solomon was simply taught by Lance's father. He's probably the person who found Lance's father, wounded from his use of the rift gate. I also wonder if the early rift gate also tossed him further back in time or if there is a time differential involved, 10 years there is 20 years here kind of thing.
Nice sky base. I always dig sky bases from Spectrum's to SHIELD's to the US one in Doctor Who.
And I'm still liking the foot soldiers with scarfs, very anime style.

Calling it now: G3 was founded by Galalunan refugees. Hence all the tech they had that Octus could access so easily. Their mysterious leader might even be Lance's lost father...
Also, Lance one again cements his status as a badass.
