How come I do not see any info on energy/ele?

I am thinking this would go well together, the only differance between energy/energy and energy/ele is you get more attacks then boost range and etc. Anyways how was your experience with this and any sample builds I can take a serious look at?

Thanks all.

When I used to play on virtue there was a guy named SnipeFu who was an energy/elec blaster. He wrote some guides on energy blast, not sure if he wrote guides on elec too. Anyway, it worked pretty well for him. No sample builds, but your idea should work out fine if you wanna hit things with your fists more often.

One thing, though, is that you won't be draining much endurance or doing much CC; remember the energy manip powers stun people, and I think you need and elec primary to really use the end drain from the secondary

Active (Freedom): Setna (Ice/Psi Dom), Arram (WP/KM Tank), Tesmiel (Elec/SS Tank), Astredax (Robot/Dark Mastermind), Operative Vidali (melee fortunata)

Retired (Virtue): Gaav (Inv/EM Tank), Baqra (Fire/SS Tank)

Yikes I been trying it and it just doesnt feel right, I do not like the way they feel together, so I am finally picking energy/energy, thought about taking fire as a secondary but nah, now with fitness pool being free I can probably choose tactics and get more invites, I will of course control my kb, back long ago I deleted my energy at 16 due to the fact I had to hover and had to use knockdown and found it well boring, for one I could not see my attacks very well for 2 well I felt forced into one position all the time.

I figure with either combat jump or ss I should be fine controlling my kb. And of course the main rule, I shoot it then its mine.

The problem with Energy/Electric is that you combine a secondary that specializes in fighting at close range with a primary that specializes in knocking things away from you. It's fine if you want to primarily use ranged blasts and melee anything that manages to get near you, but it doesn't mesh well as a full Blapper, which is what /Electric is great at. I prefer Energy/Energy since when things do get near you you can not only hit them hard but also stun the heck out of them and then knock them back away from you.

Cascade, level 50 Blaster (NRG/NRG since before it was cool)
Mechmeister, level 50 Bots / Traps MM
FAR too many non-50 alts to name
