i19 broke the Halloween tip

Just a side note:
Saved Halloween tip disappeared after I completed alignment mission. (i18)

That i19 ruining it thing sounds strange though. Sounds like an instance of "change feature A, programming randomly breaks feature J".

Awww, that sucks if it's really supposed to disappear. But I find it hard to beleive it's WAI when all it says now is "This is the First Visit String." Something is broken anyway.

Alrighty, I checked and it has indeed disappeared on the toons that changed or re-affirmed alignment. Ho hum. I guess I didn't notice before. The ones it's broken on are definitely the ones that should still have it, so there is nothing WAI going on here.
I went to the effort of saving the Halloween tip on almost all my toons. I assume that we are supposed to be able to save it, since it remained after the Halloween event was over. Except with the i19 patch, it broke.
The pumpkin is gone and now has the usual clipboad symbol. Instead of "A Whispered Rumour," it's called "Halloween 2010 Contact." If I click the "Investigate" button, it just says "This is the First Visit String." There is no option to play it, only "Reconsider your options."
Will this be fixed? I really would like to be able to play it once on each toon before next Halloween.
