Ma/Ele armor questions.
Pretty much any set will allow you to 'use attacks in a fast paced way' if by that you mean, always have an attack available, especially when you get into higher levels.
/Elec offers more resistance than Regen, SR and WP. It offers a heal that SR does not get. It offers a damage aura that none of them get. It's a fair set. I personally have never made a high level /Elec scrapper, mainly because I can never choose between S/L Defense, HP or Recharge as my bonus of choice.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.

Hmmm would you say it is up there with other secondaries in being able to survive and etc?
It will likely be ele, wp, or sr. I just wanted to know more about ele and perhaps some slotting suggestions on ele armor.
Pure survivability, I would have to say SR with Aid Self. But sometimes you want other things besides pure survivability.

What I want is, to solve the heavy end issue with ma since I know it is heavier then others, to constantly be able to attack, I want my attacks recharged I hate waiting on them, now a heal is nice but id rather have the other 2 more, flashy is good to but again rather have the other 2. I want to either increase my damage or be able to stay alive while attacking like a maniac.
SR can be just fine with endurance, especially if you get Physical Perfection.

Now I just need to see a ele armor build, wish someone with a level 50 ma/ele tell me what it is like though.

Can't say much for MA, but Electric is just fine...
Elec Armor got a boost with those new energy damage heavy TF's. If you get Shadow Meld you should have great survivability.
