Rogues (and vigalantes) Behaving Badly.
I'd just like to beat them up for being able to push around my nine foot tall robotic Tanker like he's made of paper
Stupid Mag 100 Push Civilians...
Sadly, like you said, not gonna happen My Villains are dissapoint.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

Oh, yeah. Should totally be able to /em menace them for that too!
I've actually had market and tailor sessions close on me because a pedestrian pushed my character out of range of the contact.
I say have the character rooted in place during those sessions, and automatically use nonverbal gestures to encourage pedestrians to move around them. Nonverbal so your own character doesn't annoy you while conducting his business.
- Heroes would wave the person around him.
- Vigilantes would give the person a warning glance.
- Rogues would draw his weapon(s) and/or conjure a sheath of whatever energy his powers are based on while glaring menacingly at the person.
- Villains would simply give the person a death glare.
I like that one too, JAG!
I just wish civilians walked around us by default.
Seriously lame that they treat us like we don't exist...and have the power to do so =/

An amusing idea, although one unlikely to ever be implemented for political correctness reasons:
Beating up Citizens who give you attitude, aka refusing to talk to you because you're not a hero.
I'm talking about the ones that tell you useful things when you get close to them, as seen here: http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/Civilian_NPCs
As a Rogue on the Hero side, the Citizens ignore me, which is a mild inconvenience at most to the game itself but got me to thinking.
If a super powered person of sketchy moral fiber came up to you and asked for the time, would you really ignore them?
It would be funny if you could menace the citizen into giving you an answer. Either by use of a /em menace command or an application of the brawl power.
