Ouroboros arc not showing as completed.

I've done the level 40-45 mission Instant Army via Ouroboros portal several times but I never get the name in the list to turn yellow or get the completed star by it.

I have definitely returned to contact at the end of the last mission, pretty sure I did the first time since I would have had to hit 'quit tf' if not, but I did the arc a second time to be sure.

Is anyone else having an issue with this? I'm going to try it with a different character see if the problem is just with this one character.

It appears that this arc is not awarding a souvenir. As far as I can tell, it's the souvenirs that the game checks to mark off the arcs in Ouro.

Along those same lines, Hero's Hero and Hero's Epic both award the same souvenir (unless they changed it), meaning if you complete one, they will both show complete in Ouro. I found it pretty funny when the Epic arc was first released and it was already completed. lol

Edit for clarification:
It appears Hero's Epic might not have a souvenir either.
The Ouro list marks off both arcs when Hero's Hero is completed.

i think the "alone in the darque" flashback has also been broken like this for quite some time because i finished ouro badges years ago and this one still isnt checked off even though i ran it multiple times

It apparently did award correctly at one point though. It's marked off my list:


Whether or not it's currently broken, I couldn't say. I'll have to run it on another character and see what happens.

In that case, I think it's just a matter of them copy/pasting and not changing the Souvenir reference. It definitely shows as completed for me, and has been that way since the arc came out:


I guess I didn't look at it from a character who did the new one and not the old. Most of my toons ran the old one at one point or another, and they all show the new one completed, despite never running it on most of them.

I don't see a mission called 'Alone in the Darque' what level is that?
I do have both 'A hero's epic' and 'A hero's hero' completed, I doubt I did both, so maybe it is to do with the souvenirs.
I have every mission completed up until the 45-50 level it is so going to bug me when I've completed those last arcs to see one that is incomplete. Hope they fix it.

I know how you feel. That's the only one I'm missing on Heroside as well. I even ran the arc again this morning to test the souvenir for this thread, and still nothing.
