City of has become unplayable

Technically, I still can play --run updater fine, get into game, login, choose character, etc.-- but, within the last week or so my frame rate has dropped to impossible to play levels. Here's what I got from CoH Helper:

My guess to the problem is old drivers because on the test server I get the message "Important: your computer appears to be using older drivers for your video card. City of Heroes may run poorly without updated drivers." (However, I don't see this on live, must be a stealth gimmick for I19, but, that's besides the point.)

P.S. I'd like to mention that I'm on an HP dv 2000 series (I think 2815) entertainment notebook.

I have no issue with running this Game right now, Sound like you got a virus or Something else. Maybe you drive is going or you need a new Graphic Card all together, I no when Mirror Mode came out, alot of us suffer with these Issues, So the only thing that might be the Problem is your Card.
