Question: Are you wanting to PvP with this build as well? It looks somewhat like you might since you grabbed a stealth io and pool stealth. If that is the case I can't suggest much other than try to grab kuji-in retsu and hibernate.

I have to go back to work shortly, but I can give you a few quick suggestions for pve.

Charged Brawl is better than Havoc Punch.

I know you have your ranged defense taken care of, but Blinding Powder screams for a full set of Coercive Persuasion.

One more slot for kuji-in sha will net you a nice recharge bonus. Where to get that slot is up to you, but there are a couple of places.

The Centriole in LR does not increase the damage radius of the power, just the distance you can teleport with it. If you are aware of that, then ok, but I would much rather put a recharge reducer in there.

You could slam another LotG in Weave.

It'd be really nice if you can squeeze a kismet unique into hide.

If you are not pvping, the stealth io is not doing anything, and the stealth pool power could be replaced with combat jumping for the same defense but lower end cost.

Aaaaaand... I'll be back later for more.

Ok, this is what I might do to your build without changing powers or dipping into Pvp IO's or the expensive Purples.

Further changes I would personally make would be dropping Havoc Punch, Super Speed, pool Stealth, Smoke Flash (you can get several of the temp powers by the same name which are almost completely identical to the power in /nin), and Spirit Shark Jaws; I'd pickup Charged Brawl, Hibernoob, Caltrops, Kuji-in Retsu, and Summon Guardian (useful for extra dps, extra aggro soaking, good io sets, and supposedly increasing your crit rate by 3% as if it were a teammate).

-I plan on doing some PVP but no much, thats why i picked up Spirit Shark, i also dropped my slots in blinding powder to put in spirit.
-I will swap out Havoc punch for charged brawl
-I thought centriole increased the radius (my bad), but ill keep it for the damage increase
-I might move my LoTG to weave and put the kismet in hide
-What alpha do you guys suggest for my build, was thinking Cardiac because my build burns through end really fast
-Is spirit shark good in PVE
-Cant afford a coercive set and a LoTG but i can one of them
-Cant look at microcosm build right now, don't have mids on my mac

I would get hibernate. I have it on my mastermind and hibernate help a lot, when I need to get people off of me and on pets to a fast heal. I have a DB/Nin that I play for fun. Smoke Flash is not a good power. And If you have super speed you don't really need stealth. They give the same stealth lvl.

You can get an LotG every 4 days, I think, by running hero or villain alignment missions (should be super easy with a build like this). Coercive Persuasion set I can understand, though.

Spirit Shark is somewhat bad in PvE because the damage is low vs its recharge time, which I think is just the opposite in PvP.

As far as incarnate slots go, I'm torn on it on my own build. Like you, I feel my build is a touch end heavy, so I will probably go that route, though I would love to be able to add a bunch of recharge to it.

Something else about hibernate: it puts you back in hide since they can't touch you.

-I really hate hibernoob and not a big fan of Kuji-in Retsu
-How is Havoc Punch better than Charged brawl?
-Going to keep Spirit Shark to round off my ST attack chain
-Was thinking about switching Smoke Flash for the Patron Pet. How good is the patron pet?

Charged Brawl is the one that is better. It's got better damage per activation and is better in almost any attack chain.

Thing about the patron pet is, unless you have super-high recharge it won't be up all the time. It is really good for distracting a difficult boss and adding damage though. Also, if you get ambushed while fighting an enemy, it can absorb some of that incoming aggro. It is not a tank, however, so if you let it take all the aggro it will die, obviously.

Super Speed grants no stealth in pvp.

For pvp it is frequently recommended to grab both the pool stealth and the stealth io to stack with hide in order to reach the stealth cap. However, I think SoA can now still spot stalkers at the stealth cap, so that may or may not be valuable anymore. And what LuxunS said.

PS. I grabbed the cardiac alpha boost and it helps a lot. If you have endurance completely handled, though, I would go spiritual.

Alphas cross over to PVP?

Is it possible to solo AVs on a elc/nin stalker?

I don't think they cross over to pvp, actually; I was referring to pve only there.

And yes, elec/nin could solo av's, though it's easier with waterspout and the patron pet.

It should be possible without purples/pvps.

Either of the two builds you originally posted is probably going to be too endurance heavy for a protracted AV fight.

The regular portion of the optimal attack chain for electric is:
Chain Induction > Charged Brawl > Jacob's Ladder > Charged Brawl repeat
Sprinkle in Lightning Rod with Build Up when it is up.

The best thing to do, though, is to use the quirks of this combo to pull off free Assassin's Shocks, which will significantly raise your dps. Basically, when Buildup and Lightning Rod both recharge, you do the following:

Cast Waterspout or Caltrops, whichever is up. Activate Buildup. Launch Lightning Rod. Activate Assassin's Shock. The activation time for all of that takes more than is required to put you back in hidden mode, and since none of those things other than AS counts as an "actual" attack by the game, by the time the AS lands you will be back in hidden and will get the full Assassin's Shock. (This assumes you don't get hit during that period, which is why softcapping is important). Every part of that, other than Build Up, is also directly contributing to your dps, so it's not like you're waiting around for hidden or using the activation time of placate. Also, the knockup/down of Water Spout and Lightning Rod will help you pull it off safely.

if i remove the knockback protection in tough and put in the res/+3 defense in tough, then put a knockback protection in recall friend, i will still get the same amount of knockback protection
