Lost items - were you able to get them back?

I lost some things, and I don't even know what I lost. 
At worst, I may have lost some cash (150 million or less), an Obliteration quad recipe (level 30 I think), and possibly a couple of nice crafted recipes, Numina's unique and something else that I can't remember... but to be honest I might have already claimed the items and tossed them into my base, I can't remember. Nor do I remember who I mailed them from, though I think I could figure that one out if I tried.
I'm probably much better off than most others, so I'm not going to worry about it too much. It's annoying, but I have plenty of play money so it's not going to really hurt me or anything. But it bugs me.

I had items eaten yesterday as well. Filled a report on the site and had my items back within hours of the initial report. Just give the GM's as much data as possible, like what toons sent the emails and aproximately what time they were sent. They were able to find my stuff in an 8+ hour window I provided, I'm not sure how easy it would be to find things over several days or even weeks. I wish you luck in getting your items returned though! |

Bah. My main account only has three e-mails on it now and I am sure it had quite a few more on it. Problem is, I can't remember what all I sent!
(Pretty sure one was a crafted Dark Watcher proc - which isn't worth bothering about. Probably the least valuable but most memorable thing.)

Hi,
well I had the opposite happen.
I had rolled a new alt on Pinnacle and used my main alt to send a "Seed money" e-mail with 1 mil inf attached.
I logged in my lowbie and claimed the 1 mil and deleted e-mail.
Next day I logged in again and it was back!
Claimed the 1 mil for a second time.
As I was in Atlas I dropped a few newbie lowbies an early christmas present
I just assumed it was a glitch till I spotted this tread. Hope you get your stuff back real soon.
