SS/SD build help

So I made this build for my SS/SD brute and I had a hard time making it as good as my elec/shield scrapper. End Recovery/drain is not that great, but everything else suffered if I tried to up them. Can anyone give some feedback? Im not that good at this so the build might look like a mess. My only requirement is the Leaping travel power and double-stacked rage. I don't particularly care for Taunt, but I'd like to keep Hurl (though I wont be upset if that cant happen). I'd like to have the fire epic, but also dont mind if that needs to change to another hero epic

First thing I see is Active Defense is empty. You want 2 recharges or 2 Membrane Hamios in there. Active Defense plays a big part in getting your Defense Debuff Reduction higher.

This build was made using Leandro's customized mids i19.

I turned accolades on, so don't be too surprised when you see a massive jump in recovery (although the build I'm posting has a higher recovery than the original, even without accolades).

Your overall end consumption now cost 0.02 end / s more, but you have much more recovery than previously, not to mention both hurl and fire blast are slotted better which will give you a better bang for your endurance buck over time.

No problem.

One thing I missed earlier was Positron's Blast in Fireball.

I'd remove the Dam/Range piece and use the Proc instead.
