Acrobatics isn't really needed so much. I think from memory just even one of those expensive Obliterations is more costly than the knockback IO and this will save you choices and endurance here again.

I've been tweaking the build, and I plan to put another set of K-Crash into one of my attacks for the 7.5% recharge bonus. I'll look at Jab; the character isn't in his 40's yet so I like to have a fast attack. I'll reconsider when he makes Patron.

Also, I don't do Tough and Weave (but I will when i19 hits). I find that taking 3 powers for more survivability is painful, especially when /Fire has a huge benefit to dying. I usually just carry purples and haven't had a problem running +1/x8 at level 38.
