Technical Issue: EU Character Transfer Tool still borked

Seriously, someone left the damn thing in Germany during the transfer.

"Character transfer may take up to 30 minutes"

Yeah? That was Ten. Damn. Hours ago.
Sweet naff all point EU players trying to test stuff in Beta when we can't even get valid characters over to test the new Incarnate stuff.
Oh, we could just use the level bump- Oh, how silly of me, that only applies to US test, naturally!

Getting real sick of this every damn Beta period. I'm not one to post rant posts like this, but this is starting to get on my wick.

The EU test server seems to have been abandoned. The transfer tool doesn't work and the server itself (or the build it runs) has been broken for a day now. Mayhaps they will lump us onto the US test server?
