Well, you will need to buy a full version of the game, yes. However, didn't you say that you had an old account? Why not just resubscribe on that, since then you wouldn't have to pay for a new version.

yes sorry to correct my post....
i have found my old disks (took me a while) i entered the code in attempt to register. to be told that the serial code has already been used.
what i gonna do now folks? i rly cba to re buy disks

You can't use your old code, because you already used it. That account is still there. You can just re-sub under that old account, and be fine. Then you won't need to buy a new serial number (the only thing you actually need - you don't actually need new disks).

They MAY be able to ask you a series of questions (hope you still have the box to go with those original disks) with which they MAY be able to locate your original account and get you access to it so you can re-sub.
They were very helpfull to me when i tried to re-sub (my difficulties were quite different from yours) so at least give it a shot, what you got to lose?

1) If you resub under your old account, delete your trial characters, especially if you want to reuse the names.
2) Your old account will not have Going Rogue or access to Preatoria - you will need to buy it.
3) To buy online, log into your www.ncsoft.com Account, then hit the Buy Now/NC Store link at the top. Doing it this way will have it auto-apply to your account (either your old one or your new trial account, whichever account younlogged in under). The "complete edition" includes the $7 GR Goofies pack and a months play time, so I recomend that.

the time has come for me to upgrade my trial account but, when i try and upgrade it says i must first register my email address. but when i enter my email verification code it then asks me to enter my game serial code. to upgrade to a full account am i going to have to go out and buy a copy of the game? cant i just download it? because i rly cant be bothered to spend money on the disks if im paying a subscription.
