ok, so i bought most of the origin packs, and had some thoughts on how to eventually use the science pack's "super costume creator" where you can change body size..... BUT, after a couple of new toons i finally got around to tweaking some old ones, and lo and behold, no option for changing body type on my old toons. is this WAI? i thought the body type change was universal for my account.... i have an old toon i love, but i got creative on the proportions early on in my COH career, and now seriously regret it, i NEED to be able to change this, any help?

You can't go to just any tailor, there's one called the... gah, I forgot, something like super tailor or some such - or I believe Trina in the Pocket D tiki room. Steel canyon, should be the one all the way in the back on the right when you enter.

Take a very good look around. One type of tailor still only changes the costume. Another type, found in the same store, will also let you change the body.

The advice given above works in Steel Canyon, but the same thing happens in the Facemaker in Cap Au Diable. There are two tailors that only change the oufit, and one that changes the body, plus the Facemaker and Gorgeous Glenda also let you change the body.
