You have to talk to Arbiter Rein in front of the Grandville tower. He's the one that will introduce you to the Patrons and allow you to make your choice. Only then will you be able to run one of the arcs and unlock your Patron powers. (You no longer have to do GW's arc just because you want her powers. Any of the 4 will unlock all 4.) You even get another respec for completing the arc as well.

on my part.I have a 50 MM from a few years ago and I damn near forgot that.
I rarely play redside.
Recently I have liked it more....
but I have always been a "blue kind of guy"

Funny thing is..... GW still doesn't want to "talk" with my charachter

The last option would be to check how many "Major Story" Arcs you have open. If you have too many, you will be unable to start a new one. Unfortunately, since you said you just now became a Villain, this means you'll probably have to switch all the way back to Heroside to complete one or two of them and then switch back to Villain again so you can start her arc.
Most likely, you already had some story arcs active before you switched sides. If you have any redside story arcs active, finish one off and talk to her again. If you don't have any red arcs, you may have to go back to blue side, finish one or more arcs, then come back.
Hopefully someone can think of something less drastic for you to try first.

Yup yup.
She was chosen and is in my contacts now.
Odd thing is..... I have no mission slots used at the moment.
It COULD be that I have more than that amount of the Major Story Arcs "open"...... I will double check real quick.
She tells me to come back with my "undivided attention".
Perhaps I do have more than seven unfinished.... guh
LOLThe toon is 4 years old and has not been my "primary" for a while.
It just holds a place in my heart because it was my first 50

Long story short my first lev 50 a few years back was an Nrg/Nrg Blaster that I have always seemed to tinker with in one form or another.
It seems I was never super-thrilled with much of any of the Epic Pool choices to go along with it and then when the recent issue with the allignment switching came along I thought about going redside so I can somehow get the Soul Mastery from Ghost Widow.
Now..... after a couple of weeks of that toon officially being a Villian I recently tried a respec and the option didn't come up for Patrons.
So.... I figured I had to go to Ghost Widow and attempt her arc to get it.
But..... she doesn't want to even talk to my charachter.
Is this normal?
I even tried doing several newspaper missions in the time allowed that I have (I work 60+ hours a week sadly) LOL
Any ideas on HOW I can go about this?
